Afterwards, head out with your group to visit the Iran National Museum and be at its valuable pieces. Later, you could try some fine Iranian cuisine like Dizi (soup stew mashed into paste) while enjoying traditional music at a local restaurant.
Catch a flight today from Tehran to Shiraz. We are going to step into the Zoroastrians’ center. We will see their fire temple and Towers of Silence. See the Water Museum in Yazd and learn about the underground water canals, Qanats. You will see and with no doubt will admire the technology used by ancient Iranian water engineers (Moqani) that brought water from the heart of the ground to the surface. Gaze at the high minarets and nice brick and tile work of Yazd Jame mosque and visit the marvelous Islamic Amir chaghmagh complex.
Places to visit for today: Kharanak mud brick village, Chak Chak fire temple, and the Meybod citadel. You will also explore the valley and nearby mountains and get great pictures of the aqueducts that formed part of the underground water system after lunch, check out Narin Castle, thought to be the oldest mudbrick structure in Iran. Then you can simply stay at the hotel and try the local favorite, Camel Fesenjan, or warm up in a tea house.
Iran’s shining capital in Safavid era with countless attractions is ahead of us today. Iran’s richest city renowned for its exceptional architecture and arts such as Meenakari, Miniature, Silverwork and Copper. It is quite simply one of the finest places in the Islamic world, and a visit here will leave you breathless. Monuments like squares, mosques, palaces, churches and bridges.
